Do I need a MHTP?

No, you do not need a Mental Health Treatment Plan to access counselling services with us, however we do encourage everyone to reach out to their GP or health practitioner for ongoing support and management.

Bookings

If you are an existing client, you can make a booking through our bookings page by clicking the link at the top of this page.

If this is your first time booking with us or if you are a new client, please reach out to our admin team at admin@shamsicounselling.com for support.

Cancellation policy

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy:

• Cancellations up to 48 hours prior to your session will incur no cancellation fees.

• Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to your session will incur a 50% fee.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice of your session will incur a full fee.

• If you do not attend then a 100% non-attendance fee will be charged.
