  • Short-term counselling typically lasts only a few weeks or months, often focusing on a particular topic.     This option is also good for those new to therapy and are unsure about where to start.

  • Drop-in sessions are for those who don’t want to commit to long-term or short-term therapy, however still require a space to check-in sporadically. This option can be good if you are seeking a comfortable and compassionate space to check-in with a clinician and are unable or don’t need to commit to an ongoing schedule.
